All products except sound files can be returned at the buyer's expense for a full refund. Contact us to arrange a return within 30 days of purchase for a 95% refund, excluding shipping costs, no questions asked.

If an item has been requested to be returned due to a fault on our behalf (wrong item, item does not match listing description), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return at no cost, no questions asked. We will issue a full refund once your item has arrived and been inspected.

If a product has been taken apart or modified, this will void the return policy and will be non-returnable/non-refundable.

Custom sound files are non-refundable unless otherwise noted; all sales are final, no returns.
